Who we are

Billionaire Bailout is a brand of Trillion Digital L.L.C., a Louisiana company. We are not affiliated with Elon Musk or X Corp. Questions about this policy or your data: contact Trillion Digital at trilliondigital.org/contact.

What the waitlist collects

What you type into the form: your first name, email, whether you need a bailout or want to give one, your state if you're listing bills, and your X handle if you entered it. We also record the date you joined, the site that sent you here (for example x.com), and the referral code of whoever invited you. To stop spam, we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to a day. We don't ask for account numbers, balances or anything else about your finances yet.

How we use it

To send you a confirmation email with your place in line and referral link right after you sign up, to send launch updates about Billionaire Bailout, and to plan the launch, for example how many people in each state need help. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Emails are sent through Resend from confirmation@trilliondigital.org. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to train or run AI systems.

Who else handles it

Supabase stores the waitlist in a database in the United States. Vercel hosts this site. Resend delivers our emails. Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. Your browser keeps your referral code in local storage so the page can show your place in line when you come back.

Analytics and cookies

We use two analytics tools to see how many people visit and sign up. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and reports only aggregate numbers. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, your device and browser, your rough location, and whether you signed up; Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load Google Analytics at all. You can also block it with Google's opt-out add-on. We don't use advertising pixels, and we don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Age

The waitlist is for people 18 and older. If you think someone younger signed up, use the form below and we'll delete it.

Waitlist terms

Joining is free and doesn't guarantee a listing, verification, funding or any payment. Nothing is being bought, sold or paid out through this site today. Recipients will need to be US residents 18 or older and pass verification. Gifts made through Billionaire Bailout won't be tax-deductible. We may change or cancel the launch plans, and we'll update this page if these terms change.
